how far in advance should i book?
This is all dependent on the length and personalisation of your trip or request.
We have clients who book 18 months in advance whilst others contact last minute. This might seem like a large range but it all is dependent on the type of trip we're customising for you. The earlier you organise the more chance we have to secure the best spots.
why should i consider booking with wegalavant over my usual online booking sites?
At WeGalavant we do the heavy lifting for you. You tell us your needs; We'll leverage our expert travel intel and little black book of contacts to maximise your trip. We take time to match-make you to the perfect vetted recommendation suited to your travel style & budget. All for the same price as you doing it yourself.
Can i recommend to friends?
Of course! WeGalavant thrives on word of mouth from our clients past & present.
When you refer a friend to our services you will gain a £50 booking credit for each converted referral. The more you refer the more bookings credits for yourself.
does it cost extra to book with you?
Majority of the time the price will be the EXACT same as what you see online on your ordinary online booking sites. We tailor every quote exclusively to you, If you’ve already got your dream destination in mind, we’ll book your travel at no extra cost. Basic travel planning services are always FREE OF CHARGE. If you require something more A La Carte and are interested in our full concierge services then we ask for a one-off planning fee of £97 to arrange those extra elements.
Why are hotel bookings always a free service?
When you book through us, we’re paid a commission directly by the hotel, so you don’t pay us a thing! That’s how all travel advisors & online booking sites work. We only charge a planning fee of £97 for arrangements that don’t come with a commission such as concierge services.
