Born and raised in Scotland (and still happily calling it home), I’ve always had an insatiable love for travel. Some of my earliest memories are of exploring new places, and that sense of adventure has never faded. Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to visit some incredible destinations—Mallorca being a firm favourite (so much so that I got married there and have been visiting for 30 years!).
Before co-founding WeGalavant, I ran my own independent travel agency, specialising in luxury travel and crafting bespoke itineraries for clients looking for something beyond the ordinary. That experience not only deepened my industry expertise but also solidified my belief that truly great travel is built on trusted recommendations and seamless service.
WeGalavant was born out of frustration—I was tired of scrolling through countless websites with generic recommendations that didn’t feel personal or reliable. I wanted to create something better—a service that handpicks the best stays and elevates every trip with a VIP touch. Organising boutique escapes is my passion, and nothing excites me more than pulling together a trip that gets my clients just as hyped as I am.
When I’m not obsessing over the next best hotel or hunting down new restaurants & bars for a margarita, I’m busy with my two kids—who, after years of tagging along on my travels, have become the biggest little travel critics. Family travel is an art, and I know first hand how stressful it can be to get it just right. That’s why I love helping families find their dream getaways, making the process seamless, stress-free, and packed with unforgettable experiences for everyone to enjoy.

I'm Georgina, born and raised in Stamford, on the borders of Lincolnshire and Rutland. After living in London for 18 years and the U.S. for 3, my husband and I moved back to my hometown.
Forged in the fires of the 00s as a TV producer, it took me all over the world on work contracts before I decided to transition into travel planning and consulting. I immersed myself in the industry, building luxury hotel relationships with Sales Directors and General Managers to elevate my clients' stays. I now create bespoke itineraries for my clients, uncovering hidden gems worldwide. My passion for personalised trips and VIP experiences led me to start my own travel consultancy before then co-founding WeGalavant.
I've always been obsessed with discovering beautiful hotels, having experienced some incredible destinations. With some of my favourite being Dubai, Tuscany, Spain, and St Lucia (where my partner of 22 years proposed!). Family trips growing up were spent in Andalusia for long Spanish summers. On weekends, I love country walks, cozying up in a local pub, family time, and, of course, travel.
Fun fact: I’m a rosé lover, matcha enthusiast, and have a serious weakness for fudge brownie ice cream!
