- Room Upgrades - There's something about arriving to a room that exceeds your expectations. More space, a better view, a moment that sets the tone for everything that follows. We request upgrades on your behalf at eligible properties and more often than not, we get them.
- Hotel Credits - The best stays are the ones where you never have to think about the bill. Complimentary credits, typically $100-$200 depending on the property, mean you can say yes to the spa treatment, the long lunch or the extra cocktail on the terrace without hesitation.
- Complimentary Breakfast - Slow mornings are one of travel's greatest luxuries. Daily breakfast for two, included as standard across the majority of our preferred partner properties, because the best days start unhurried.
- Early Check-In & Late Check-Out - The difference between a good trip and a great one is often just a few hours. We always request both and our relationships mean the answer is more often yes than no, but of course it's subject to availability.

Our preferred partner relationships mean these benefits are built into our network , not added on top. You pay the same rate you'd find booking direct. We just make sure you get considerably more for it.
