First up post-Melbourne is the French Open, otherwise known as Roland Garros, and the most intimate of the Grand Slam quartet. Running from May 19 to June 8, this tournament unfolds on its famous clay courts, which slow things down and demand strategic gameplay and stamina. This year’s tournament is tinged with anticipation as we see the first Roland Garros without Rafael Nadal, the undisputed “King of Clay.”

Wimbledon, running from June 30 to July 13, is not just about tennis — it’s about tradition. Players adhere to a strict all-white dress code, a hallmark of the tournament since the late 1800s, meant to keep things elegant and cool in the summer heat.
The fast-paced grass courts make for thrilling, high-energy matches. If you are positioned close to Centre Court’s Royal Box, you might catch a glimpse of the British royals or other VIPs. And of course, Wimbledon wouldn’t be complete without strawberries and cream — a traditional treat enjoyed by thousands of spectators annually. Pair that with a refreshing Pimm’s Cup, and you’ve got the quintessential Wimbledon experience.
Broadwick Soho: A fun, stylish hotel with an eclectic design, created by a group of friends in the heart of London’s West End.
Ham Yard Hotel, Firmdale Hotels: A lively and sophisticated stay in Soho, offering a rooftop garden with a vegetable patch and beehive, a bustling restaurant and dreamy spa.
One Aldwych: A family favorite in Theaterland featuring a chlorine-free pool, world-class spa and a whimsical Charlie and the Chocolate Factory afternoon tea.
The Mandrake Hotel: A trendy boutique hotel in Fitzrovia, known for its eclectic art, live performances and South-American inspired dining.
Claridges London: A glamorous Art Deco icon in the heart of Mayfair offering timeless British traditions and impeccable service.
The Milestone Hotel and Residences: An elegant and historic Grade II listed building opposite Kensington Palace and Gardens offering individually designed rooms, suites and long-stay residences.
Insider tip: The Milestone Hotel offers a special Wimbledon Experience package that includes exclusive Centre Court tickets, themed surprises and a fully customisable stay for the ultimate tennis getaway.
